These terms govern use of the Rayscape website and, together with a written proposal or invoice, the commercial relationship when you hire us.
The site is provided for information about our services. Content, pricing, and package descriptions may change. Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept by clicking; a project starts only after we confirm scope in writing and receive the agreed advance.
Package names, prices in BDT, timelines, and inclusions are starting points. Final scope is what appears on the approved proposal or invoice. Add-ons, third-party licences, advertising spend, domain, hosting, premium plugins, photography, and similar costs are billed separately unless the proposal says otherwise.
A 50% non-refundable advance confirms the project. The remaining balance is due before final files, website launch, or administrative handover. Timelines begin after we receive the advance, a completed brief, and required content. Client delays extend delivery dates automatically.
Revision rounds mean consolidated feedback, not unlimited new concepts. A new direction after approval is treated as additional work and quoted separately. File support covers access, export help, and minor technical corrections; it does not include new design work.
Copyright in original work we create for you transfers after full payment, except for licensed third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins, or tools) which remain under their own licences. Until full payment, Rayscape retains all rights in unpublished work.
Unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise, we may display completed work in our portfolio, social channels, and case materials.
You confirm you have the right to give us logos, copy, photographs, and data you supply. You remain responsible for that content. We are not liable for claims arising from materials you provided.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Rayscape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Bangladesh unless we agree in writing to another process.
