This policy describes how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Rayscape website.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar tools include local storage and pixels used by analytics or advertising platforms. They help a site remember preferences, understand traffic, or measure campaigns.
Essential cookies may be required for the site to load, remember a basic preference, or keep a session secure. We may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. If you arrive from an advertisement, a pixel or cookie from that platform may help us know whether the visit or enquiry came from that campaign.
Google Analytics measures public page and enquiry events, and Microsoft Clarity provides session insights, only when analytics is enabled by the website administrator and you allow analytics. Meta Pixel measures advertising events only when separately enabled and you allow advertising.
Contact fields are masked for session recordings. Our event parameters exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry messages. Tracking is excluded from the admin workspace, login, invoices and private order or delivery pages.
With your permission, a first-touch campaign cookie remembers the source, medium, campaign and public landing path for up to 90 days. When you submit an enquiry, that campaign information can be linked to the CRM enquiry and associated project results. A WhatsApp click is measured separately from a submitted enquiry.
Open Cookie Policy from the website footer and choose Manage cookie preferences to allow analytics and advertising independently, decline both, or change your choices later. Both optional choices start off. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google, Microsoft and Meta have their own policies for information their tools receive.
If we add or change tracking tools, we will update this page. For questions, contact [email protected].
