Commercial Terms

These commercial terms apply to every Rayscape project unless the approved proposal or invoice states otherwise. They apply on top of our Terms of Service.

Commercial terms

01. A 50% non-refundable advance confirms the project.

02. The remaining balance is due before final files, website launch or administrative handover.

03. One revision round means one consolidated list of feedback.

04. A new direction after approval is treated as additional work.

05. Timelines begin after receipt of the advance, completed brief and required content.

06. Client delays automatically extend the delivery timeline.

07. File support covers file access, export assistance and minor technical corrections; it does not include new design work.

08. Third-party expenses are always billed separately.

09. Copyright transfers after full payment, except for licensed third-party assets.

10. Rayscape may display completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
